Sponsorship Lanyard Sponsor - $1000.00 Place your logo where it can‘t be missed – worn by every attendee! This sponsor gets full access to be the only sponsor listed on the lanyard design. During design, we commit to making them exclusive to you so that we can order an additional quantity to provide to you as our way of saying thanks for supporting our events to use at your own future events.
Name Badge Sponsor - $500.00 Introduce yourself to every attendee by showcasing your logo on every name badge. We are expecting over 175 attendees!
Lunch Sponsor - $2500.00 We welcome you at the table to join in on our lunch with a focus on your organization. You will be featured and mentioned at the beginning and end of the meal. Proper signage will be provided.
Keynote Speaker Sponsor - $2500.00 Sponsor one of our two keynote speakers to have a front facing placement of your logo and an honorary mention of your organization before and after the presentation. Proper signage will be provided.
Keynote Book Sponsor - $500.00 Sponsor the pre-purchase of $500 worth of signed books from our keynote author and be recognized by signage at the book store.
Vendor Thread Session Sponsor - $250.00 Sign up to present one of five vendor thread sessions at the conference. By securing this sponsorship, you will have the opportunity to present a product demo or session topic of your choosing. There will be one vendor thread session per breakout block.

ILF Cancellation Policy
Below are the cancellation refund timelines for registered attendees. Full conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to refund on a case-by-case situation. ILF completely understands that life happens and things are often out of our control, so we will always do what we can to work with you. These policies help us ensure we are financially responsible with our event programming as the possibility of these events depend on your event participation and support. Thank you for supporting ILF. If you have any questions, please email ILF Staff.
- Registration cancellation refund requests between December 11 - February 11 are refunded in full.
- Registration cancellation refund requests between February 12 - March 3 are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation.
- Registration cancellation refund requests after March 3 are not subject to refund.
- If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please email ILF Staff and they will work with you.
If you would like to transfer a registration to another person, please email ILF Staff. Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests after March 3 are not guaranteed.
