The ILF is excited to welcome back the regional conference model in 2023 to four different locations across Indiana.

Session Locations

Registration

Registration is now closed - our 4th and final Regional Conference is Friday, May 12 in Terre Haute, IN. 

If you are not a member of ILF or have not registered for an event previously, you will be prompted to create a profile in the system. You will not be required to purchase a membership. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to Caroline White

If you plan to register a large group of 5 or more individuals, please complete this spreadsheet and email it to Caroline White. You will be provided with an invoice after the names have been processed. 

Attendance Costs

Regional conference will have four price tiers for individual registrants:

  1. Non-ILF members: $60 per person
  2. ILF members: $45 per person
  3. Attendees from ILF institutional member libraries: $35 per person
  4. On-site registration will be available for $75 at each location, regardless of ILF or institutional member status. 

The per person cost will cover breakfast and lunch, site location fees, speaker/presenter fees, travel costs, printing, and any other program expenses. 

Sponsorship

We can't host successful Regional Conferences without the support of our trusted vendors/exhibitors. Each location offers FOUR Key Sponsor opportunities available at $1,000 each. A Key Sponsorship at each site includes:

  • Up to 1 attendee, which includes a table for advertising and 1 printed name badge.
  • Display of the company logo on the Regional Conference website, MemberClicks Mobile Conference App slider and sponsor list, event emails, and attendee name badges.
  • The opportunity to deliver a brief greeting at your designated location(s).
  • Free breakfast and lunch.

For $3,000 total, you can become a Key Sponsor at all four regional locations! 

Complete this form by Friday, April 7 to become a Key Sponsor. Once all four Key Sponsor spots have been taken, the regional conference location will be removed from the registration page. If you don't see a particular location listed, those spots are filled. You can email Caroline White if you would like to be added to the waiting list in case a sponsor drops from participation. 

Program Tracks

The keynotes across all four locations will follow a similar topical theme. There will be 9-12 breakout sessions offered per location. 

  1. Back to Basics
  2. Director/Manager
  3. Public Services & Programming
  4. 4th option specific to the region
